Operative Principles:
Expected Outcome: Secure sequester of evidence, verified chain continuity, and controlled rebuild with AML monitoring and legal oversight.
Authority Basis: This mandate is issued under the authority of the parties and the legal and regulatory instruments listed below. Regulatory case numbers are cited as supporting evidentiary references and do not constitute agency authorization of this mandate.
Legal Effect: All personnel and contractors operating under agreements with Albert Lane or ARAOST™ / Sovereign Audits™ must comply with this mandate to the extent permitted by applicable law. Conflicts with binding law must be escalated to Legal immediately.
Order: All final data-integrity attestations and cryptographic non-repudiation signings shall be executed by the Robot Ed25519 key. Human operators prepare artifacts and submit signing requests; legal execution authority resides with the human signatories on the Signatory Page.

Order: All evidence logs, screenshots, communications, and forensic artifacts shall be preserved in immutable storage prior to any dissolution action. Preservation precedes all cloud dissolution activities.
