This notice is operative and is distributed to all nodes and parties as required by the Mandate. Receipt of this notice constitutes acknowledgment of the Mandate's operative status and your obligations thereunder.

The Resync Window of 25 October 2026 07:00–11:00 PDT is currently active. All parties must complete required acknowledgments and initial actions within this window. Ireland node resync confirmation is required before window close.

Escalation Status

The Escalation Matrix from ARAOST-DM-v1.1 is operative as of this notice. Any chain break, threshold breach, or failure to cure the Demand for Payment will trigger immediate enforcement per the escalation matrix. No further notice will be provided before escalation.
